- GECCO Consensus Dataset
Description
- The German Corona Consensus Dataset (GECCO): the minimum dataset for recording COVID-19 cases, agreed between the sites of the German university medicine network. Created in 2020 within the BMBF-funded research network, here in the version of 5 January 2023. 385 data elements in 13 areas, from medical history and symptoms through laboratory values and imaging to outcome. By far the most extensively mapped dataset in the MDR: 981 concepts are linked to SNOMED CT and LOINC, 1,946 to UMLS.
